Fall's approaching with a lot of anticipation for artist comebacks and drama premieres but summer's not quite over yet. Mnet's third annual 20's Choice Awards (think Teen Choice Awards) is coming August 28th! Don't ask me why Mnet clearly states it as a "summer break" but airs it in August (some have mentioned October but I don't think that's correct)...

So for those of you who are clueless about this event, the awards are broken up into 20 different categories (hence the 20's in the event name), fans vote, and on the actual awards show there is a blue carpet for arrivals, performances, and of course the revealing of whose hot in Korea! Fans are allowed to vote, so it's a matter of who has the most fans...but doesn't that just mean the winner is hot hot hot?

Stay tuned to allkpop for updates on performance schedule and coverage of this event!

Below is a list of nominees. If you think your favorite star is hot, get cracking and vote for them! You can vote here starting today. Last year's Results.

Apparently, this is not open to overseas fans :(

Hopefully, Korean BOF fans will not be complacent and will support them all the way.

Lee Min Ho's Charming Point that makes People to Fall for Him

Recently on the net, 'Smile Guy,' a sweet nick name for 'Gu Jun-pyo,' LMH, who emerged as the Most Popular Star of 2009, is spreading fast, making a hot issue. This nickname tells that he is a man with 'a million dollars worth smile' that makes people to fall for him.

Director Oh Gyeonga of PLOREN dental clinic says, "Even a professional like me can agree that he deserves the nickname, 'Smile Guy,' given by many fans."

She added, "LMH acted well as 'Gu Jyun-pyo,' the charismatic leader of F4, who dedicated all himself to his lover, Geum Jandi. His attraction is the very smile that makes people pleasant with his well-arranged white teeth line slightly seen between the lips. This makes people feel his confidence and reliability."

In reality, LMH's online fan cafes and communities show the following reactions:

"When I see LMH's smile, I cannot think of anything else."

" His smile is of a national treasure class."

"LMH's attractions are his reliability that makes women lean on him and the one million
dollars worth smile that makes others comfortable."

"LMH's smile is special. It feels intellectual and soft at the same time."

lee Min Ho @ Trugen Conference & Awards

a glimpse of LMH at the Trugen Awards

MH's news on 8/12 [Edited]
English translated by loveminho.com

First one was Trugen conference meeting. Many fans went there to see LMH but the staff of Trugen surrounded him closely and didn't allow fans to take his photos. Since MH entered the hall quite fast, they only got the chance to have a glimpse of him. They waited for him in the parking lot so they could see him while he was leaving there. Ummm... Maybe Trugen wants to have the 1st hand information and upload MH's photos only on their website.

Perfect Lee Min Ho

It's Lee Min Ho back from the BOF China Promotion. I think he looks perfect at any angle especially with his Armani sunglasses.

It's him leaving for China.

Some pics of him back in Korea from China.

*There are more photos which I might post later.
